– Intended Audience : For those who don’t know about subculture or Platoon Kunsthalle which are running for the diversity of Korean culture

-채용은 담당자가 그만 두어서 결원이 생기거나 새로운 사업이 필요하거나 부서에 인력이 부족할 때 뽑는 것이 일반적이다.

 -연구부에서는 영화 전공 학, 석사 선호함

 -영상자료원의 영화자료는 크게 영화필름과 영화 관련 비필름 자료로 나뉘는데 필름자료는 기술이 필요한 분야라 경력자가 근무하게 됨.

 -일반적으로 석사 이상 수료자가 입사 시 유리하고 아카이브 전문지식이 있으면 더 선호함.

 -영상자료원의 원장은 영화전문가로 공개채용 함. 중직들은 주로 연극영화학 전공, 경영부서는 경영학 전공이며 자료부서는 문헌정보학 및 필름전문가 등.

 

 3. 근무 조건 및 환경

 

-보수 : 자료원 규정에 의함 (연봉 22,000천원 ~ 30,000천원/ 제수당 별도)

 -고용형태

-최종합격자는 경력직의 경우 1개월, 신입직원의 경우 3개월 동안의 수습기간 후 평 가를 통해 정규직에 임용되며 평가결과 미흡 시 채용이 취소될 수 있음

-수습기간 근무 중 임금은 100% 지급

 

-근무시간 : 주5일(월~금요일), 09:00 ~ 18:00

 -근무처 : 서울시 마포구 월드컵북로 400(상암동, 문화콘텐츠센터) 한국영상자료원

 

-매년 역량평가 및 업적평가(MBO) 실시

 -평가결과에 의한 성과연봉제 운영

+) 가이드라인에, 동영상에 짧게 들어가면, 블로그에는 credits를 생략해도 된다고 하셔서 넣지 않았습니다. 다른 분들은 다 넣어서 조금 헷갈리네요 ^^;

Introducing myself – Seongeun Kim 11

 Hello, everyone!
 
 I’m Seongeun Kim from group No.11, studying Economics and Glocal Cultural Contents. At first, registering this class, I was worried because I know nothing about the major ‘LIS’ but now so much happy to meet new people – as some of you already can guess that it’s really hard to meet new people in Economics studies, only studying alone 😛 -.

 I live out of seoul with family now. Commuting all the time is terrible but as I’d lived by myself for exchange student life from July 2011 to Auguest 2012 in Germany, now appriciating for mom’s warm food and washed & dried laundry 🙂

 I do love many things – reading books, going out for movies, performances, exhibitions, galleries, etc., listening to music, art&artists, and so on-.  Now I’m into a Hawaiian musical instrument ‘ukulele’ because I’ve worked for one ukulele festival for last 2 years with wonderful amateur players and foreign performers. I’m practicing but still really poor, so if someone is good at it, please be my tutor! 🙂 Also I’m working in KMDCA(Korea Music Development Corporation Aggregate) and there will be a great festival where some artists in KMDCA participate in May.  If someone asks me “Are you an analaogue or digital person?” then I would answer I’m the former. But nowadays I feel more like I need to be closer to the digital devices, new technology, and so on. By actively participating in this class, I hope I can be a lot more familiar to the new media world.
